Once empty, our crew handles the electrical disconnect, disconnects plumbing, disassembles the frame and shell, and loads everything for haul-away. How It Works
The hot tub must be completely drained before removal. You can do this yourself 24 hours in advance, or we'll coordinate timing. Typical drain takes 12–24 hours depending on size.
For hard-wired units, we ask that the electrical be disconnected by a licensed electrician before our arrival. We can coordinate that for you, or your electrician can handle it directly. Once the unit is de-energized and drained, our crew disconnects plumbing supply lines and readies the unit for removal.
The spa shell and frame are carefully taken apart. Panels, jets, and structural components are separated and staged for loading. Heavy equipment is handled with proper lifting technique and care.
Everything is loaded into our trucks. The deck or pad is swept and cleared. Your yard is ready for landscaping, a new hot tub, or whatever comes next.

Can you remove the deck around the hot tub?
Yes. If there's a wooden frame or deck built around the spa, we can include that in removal. We assess the deck structure on-site and quote accordingly. Some customers prefer to keep the deck as a future patio base, just let us know.

We take care to minimize disruption. We place boards under trucks, navigate access paths carefully, and work around plantings. After removal, your yard is swept clean and ready.
What happens to the hot tub materials?
The shell and frame are processed for responsible disposal. Metal components are recycled. Electrical and plumbing materials are handled per Connecticut waste regulations. Everything is disposed of properly, not dumped.
How quickly can you schedule removal?
