Licensed electricians, plumbers, and gas specialists disconnect all utilities to code. Water and sewer mains are capped. Gas lines are isolated. This is done safely and documented for the building department.
Roofing and siding are removed first. Interior is cleared floor-by-floor. Framing is broken and loaded. Hazardous materials (if any) are handled by certified specialists. Metals and salvageable materials are separated for recycling.
